Comfortably enjoy nature

Located between the Gees Forestry and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views over farmland. Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom. Guest access We live in the back of the farm and you can just come back to pick up the key. Then I can explain everything right away. On Sundays we do not receive new guests so the check-out time is no later than 5 p.m., also on other days there can be more if there is no change on that day. All in consultation. Other things to note I myself am an asthma patient, and the whole house is built and furnished to prevent asthma symptoms. The house has an extensive ventilation system that continuously sucks in fresh air from outside and sucks it out again and blows it out. Due to a heat recovery system, the heat is not lost in winter. There is a charging point for electric cars. We charge a fee for this. Daily amenities such as a bakery and supermarket can be found about 10 km away in Hoogeveen, Aalden and Westerbork. Making a shopping list is therefore useful.
