The apartment is completely self contained with its own lockable entrance on the 1st floor ,kitchen , large bathroom , cosy living space with Tv, sofa, Table and 3 large bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms all complete with underfloor heating. Free on site parking available The space The apartment is located across the 1st and 2nd floor of a recently renovated Georgian house. For access you have a stair case which leads to your own private kitchen on the first floor. Though the kitchen a private stair case leads to a cosy living area surrounded by 3 large bedrooms and a main bathroom with shower and large bath. The central living area is complete with a 2 seater sofa, table with 4 chairs and tv. All rooms have King size beds , TVs and have been newly refurbished. Two rooms have en-suites to enable a family or group to enjoy privacy within their rooms. We have a car park on site which will allow 2-3 cars depending on size. Access can then be made through the back of the house for easy access to parking. You also have front door access directly onto Fareham high street. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for each stay. Toiletries are provided within all bathrooms and tea and coffee can be found in the kitchen. Travel cot and high chair available if required, please let us know before your stay. We have a selection of games, toys and board games for all ages. **Newly installed central heating system** Please note this accommodation is above a residential house and strictly is not suitable for parties or loud music. Ideal for 4 Guests but will comfortably fit 6. Other things to note Please note there are building materials in the back garden due to our recent refurbishment. This is a period Georgian property so you may find some doorways are slightly smaller due to the age of the building. Guest must be able to climb stairs as the apartment is located across the 1st and 2nd floor. The exterior of the property is yet to have renovations completed. This is purely cosmetic and does not effect any living areas available for your stay.
