The maisonette is the perfect place to stay if you want to spend your stay in a quiet green setting. The accommodation is located at the back of our house, in a small garden, in a very quiet environment. The garden is used by our family but the terrace attached to the maisonette will only be for you. The space The maisonette is about 20 m2, it consists of: - a bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, - an equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) - a bathroom with shower and toilet. - a beautiful private and covered terrace. The garden is not private, it is shared with our family, but the terrace attached to the maisonette will only be for you. Note that the maisonette does not have a washing machine but a common washing machine is available on the floor of the house (free of charge twice a week). NON-SMOKING accommodation and property. For the comfort of all, it is not possible to smoke on the terrace, in the garden or in the common areas. At this time a construction site behind the house can generate noise (on weekdays, 8 a.m./5 p.m.). Guest access Fully independent access is via the garage. The accommodation is located on Rue Saint Victor in Montreuil, on a quiet and residential street. Metro "Montreuil Hospital" line 11 to 12 minutes walk. Metro "Mairie de Montreuil" terminus of line 9 is about a 25-minute walk away. Other things to note To allow you to arrive calmly you will find in the accommodation some welcome products (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, coffee, tea, sugar...) It is then up to you to buy what you need. Upon arrival, you will find the accommodation clean with the bed made (so a set of sheets provided), as well as 2 bath sheets and 2 hand towels. Washing of household linen during your stay is not included but possible for an additional fee (€20). Cleaning during the stay and at the end of the stay is not included, you must leave the accommodation clean when you leave. If you wish, a cleaning fee is possible for an additional fee (€60). Check-in is at 6 p.m., check-out is at 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out at an additional cost when possible. The maisonette does not have a washing machine, but a shared washing machine is available upstairs in the house for free twice a week. For additional use the price is 5 euros. A paid dryer is also available (5 euros).
