The space The house that houses the B&B is located at the foot of the steps of the Church of Cristo Re in Via Passarelli, a central area a two-minute walk from the central Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the central station and the entrance to the Sassi. Furnished in a modern and welcoming way, it offers guests the opportunity to use the living room/kitchen to get to know the owners and other guests, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Located in the center of Matera, in an area of particular environmental value, it allows you to visit the modern city and the Sassi district on foot once you have parked your car. The property has 3 rooms: Rubino, Perla and Diamante, all with double beds. The Pearl room offers split beds, while the Diamond room has the possibility of adding 1-2 extra beds. The services offered include breakfast, a shared fridge, an en-suite bathroom, a 32" TV, a safe, internet/Wi-Fi, heating/air conditioning and the possibility of parking in the area. Breakfast includes coffee, cappuccino, tea, cream or chocolate croissant, biscuits with butter and jam, fruit juice and a ½ liter bottle of water. In the immediate vicinity are the Church of Cristo Re, the Tramontano Castle, Piazza Vittorio Veneto with a breathtaking view of the Sassi district and, not far away, the Cathedral. A few minutes' walk away is Via Ridola, home to the museum of the same name that tells the prehistory and history of the Matera area through exhibitions and reconstructions. Guest access In addition to their room with bathroom, guests can also use the living room with breakfast tables, sofa, 40" TV, kitchen and fridge.
