There is no shared access, own front door on ground level, no stairs to climb. One other apartment above you as this is a detached property, parking for 2 cars if needed at the rear. Other things to note We are very close to the beautiful East coast of Suffolk and Norfolk, so this could be a lovely place to base a holiday however long or short a stay you wish to have.
