A spacious, light & airy ground floor studio apartment with separate shower room set in beautiful surroundings. The apartment is close to the Cotswold Farm Park, located in the grounds of a 48 acre livery business, the apartment has fantastic views across the lawns, to the horses in the paddocks and beyond. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is decorated to give it a Cotswold farmhouse feel, it has it's own entrance, with off street parking. Several dogs and a cat live in the main house with me and we are often visited by the free roaming ducks, turkeys and chickens living in the Stable Yard, so please drive with care. Guest access The Studio is located on the ground floor at the rear of the property to take advantage of the wonderful Cotswold countryside views. French windows open onto the garden giving far reaching views across the horse paddocks and beyond, whilst also providing independent access to the Studio. Although primarily designed as an open plan studio apartment, don't be deceived, it is a very large, well designed space. There is lounge area complete with tv and sofa, a double bed and wardrobe, and a large kitchen and dining area, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and sink, dining table and chairs. Other things to note I'd like to make you aware that even though it is not particularly noisy, my working livery business close to the property and whilst, I will endeavour not to disturb you on my way to work. I have dogs and do work countryside hours. Various ducks turkeys and chickens roam the property and we have a cat dogs and the horses so please drive carefully. There is wifi available but here in the countryside it can be slow :) At the moment there is a renovation project of the house over the lane
