The Studio, Durham City.

The Studio is in the perfect location for visiting the beautiful city of Durham. Located just a few minutes walk from the railway station, the bus station and the restaurants, shops and bars of the city centre. You will have your own entrances front and rear. Inside you'll find a comfy king size bed, en-suite shower and toilet and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; toaster; toasted sandwich maker and a portable dual plug-in hob. Wifi, Sky TV Cinema & Sports. The space Parking is available at an extra cost of £5 a day. The 50-inch TV has Sky TV HD, including the Sky Cinema and Sky Sports channels, as well as Netflix along with iplayer, etc. There is a small sofa which can be converted into a bed for extra guests, suitable for 2 small adults. Please Note: if the sofa bed is required for 2 guests, then guests should book for 3 people, and there is a cost when requesting the sofa bed. It’s also crucial that you inform us as the room will need to be reconfigured. Guest access You have the whole of the studio to yourselves. There is a bed/sitting area with a dressing table. A kitchenette area off to the side and an en-suite shower room. There is an external door to the front and another to the rear. Other things to note There is a sofa bed at The Studio. If there are more than 2 guests staying the sofa bed will be made up for extra guests prior to arrival. You will need to book 3 or 4 guests to trigger use of the sofa bed. It is suitable for children or two small adults. Extra towels will be provided.
