Cottage in Loxley

3 Oakham Farm is set on a 120 acre family run farm, in the heart of Warwickshire. Oakham Farm is home to 130 sheep, pigs, a semi friendly farm cat and some beautiful fishing ponds. FREE fishing is included in your stay, you just need to bring your own equipment. A short drive away from Stratford Upon Avon & a 30 minute country walk to the community pub in Loxley Village (or an 8 minute drive). Oakham Farm has good motorway access and is a 30 minute drive to the Cotswolds. The space Entrance hall, Utility room, Lounge, Kitchen/Dinner, 2 large bedrooms and 1 small box room. 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other a bath plus a downstairs toilet. There is a patio and lawn area out the front. Views from the front of the cottage overlook our Coarse fishing field which you are welcome to fish if you have your own equipment or a lovely spot for a picnic. Guest access The cottage is on a farm just outside the village or Loxley and midway between Wellesbourne & Ettington. You will need a car or taxi to travel away from the farm. There is a large carpark available which is also used for the Coarse fishing. Other things to note Free coarse fishing available. Opportunity to witness lambing and bottle feed lambs during March/April by prior arrangement.
