Be enchanted by the unique combination of closeness to nature and comfort! The space The more than 700 year old Modlisch mill has been lovingly restored. Individual rooms were created from the former Meierei of Schwarzenau Castle, which were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Each room is unique and ensures a cozy stay. With its large garden area, the EL MOLINO has its very own and special flair that many guests and groups already appreciated. Get inspired by the unique atmosphere and diverse possibilities that EL MOLINO has to offer. Guest access The price includes our spacious fully equipped seminar kitchen (without food). Our SONNENSTRAHL lounge and dining room, the conservatory in the courtyard and the entrance, which with its seating areas and sofas invites you to be together in a cozy atmosphere and is located in the old part of the mill and adjoins some rooms, are also available free of charge. The spacious garden area offers many possibilities for group activities or a walk along the river "Thaya". Other things to note Additional fees: Tourist tax €2.60 per person/night (from 16 years of age / as of 01/01/2026) In the cooler season, or if heating is desired, we charge the following flat-rate heating fee: per room €8.00 / day BLISS room €25 / day SAMADHI room €30/day Kitchen/Sonnenstrahl €30.00/day OPTIONALLY BOOKABLE - please inquire: 1. Barbecue and fire pit, one-time €65.00 Includes 1 small sack of charcoal, 5 baskets of wood, lighter, final cleaning. 2. SAMADHI room 70 m²: €260.00 per day 3. BLISS room 25 m²: € 150.00 per day 4. THAYA glass pavilion 42 m²: €100,- per day For the main entrance key, we ask for a one-time deposit of € 50.00 in cash per key. This deposit will of course be returned at the end of the stay. Payment by debit card or credit card is NOT possible.
