Delightful Villa in hillside estate, 1 hr to Rome

Our villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a renaissance town an hour from Rome. Surrounded by woods this 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a modern bathroom on each floor. You can use the washing machine in the common area. The space This house offers a unique opportunity to visit a culturally and naturally rich region of Italy that is still largely overlooked by most tourists. You can enjoy the most beautiful peaks of the Apennines, the largest National Park in Europe, important roman archaeological sites, romantic medieval villages, and have the time to relax with the whole family. Additional nearby activities include : horse-riding, tennis, and hiking. The pool is available in July and August. The wifi is suitable for homeworking/smart working. Please note that in winter there may be snow. The slightly higher price for the winter months includes heating. Guest access Guests can access all the private grounds and the private pool and dine "al fresco". Kids can enjoy the pool, play table football, table tennis, volleyball and football. All the family can enjoy the occasional visit to Rome on a hot summer day. Other things to note You can park easily in the grounds. The house is about 2km from the train station.
