Delightful Villa 3 in Estate 1hr from Rome

The house is within an 18th century villa surrounded by woods. It offers a unique opportunity to relax while visiting a culturally and naturally rich region of Italy that is still largely overlooked by most tourists. You can enjoy the most beautiful peaks of the Apennines, the largest National Park in Europe, important roman archaeological sites, romantic medieval villages, and have the time to relax with the whole family. Additional nearby activities include : horse-riding, tennis, and hiking. The space The villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a medieval town an hour from Rome. It is divided into 3 independent homes that share large outdoor grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. You can rent more than one home in the villa for larger parties and special events. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom on each floor, and a washing machine in the first floor bathroom. There is a working desk and the wifi is suitable for homeworking/smart working. An additional charge of 20 Euros/ night will be applied for heating during winter. The pool is located below a small hill, 50 meters from the home entrance, has no fencing, and is available in July and August. Please note that the outdoor area and the pool are shared with the other homes of the villa. Guest access Guests can access all the private grounds and the private pool and dine "al fresco". Kids can enjoy the pool, play table football, table tennis, and many other games Guests can enjoy the occasional day trip to Rome. Other things to note You can park easily in the grounds.
