Home in Los Angeles

The house is conveniently located about thirty minutes from downtown, LAX airport, Long Beach, and close to 110 fwy, 105 fwy, 10 fwy, and 710 fwy. This part of town is not ritzy but I have lived in the area for 10 years without any problems. The majority of residents are of Hispanic descent, very nice and friendly. Stores, supermarkets, gas stations, public park and library are all within a 5 minute driving distance. Why choose us? We are conveniently located away from the chaos. The space We are a clean, friendly and quiet family. The house is cozy and grandma is home most of the time. She is usually tending the garden of in her room. There is NO smoking allowed (cigarettes, vaping, 420). If you smoke please book elsewhere since we are very sensitive and highly allergic. We have two dogs (maltipoos) living in the patio area and a cat that is either in our bedroom or in the catio. Street parking only, no permit required. Street cleaning is on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Sometimes parking is hard to find, it's a hit and miss. You may need to park a block away. I recommend to park closer to Nadeau to avoid being too close to the trailers. Guest access You are welcome to use the living room, kitchen and dining area. Please note that there's a $10.00 fee for the second guest in the room. If you are booking the room for two, please indicate that on the reservation and not when you arrive at the house. No friends allowed to visit please. During your stay Abuelita is usually home in case you need anything right away but her English is limited. Otherwise, we are within a phone call or message away! I travel for work often but my husband is usually home before or after work. My daughter lives in the same block, she stops by the house regularly to assist with any needs. Just know that you can call me or send me a message with any needs you may have as I'm constantly checking my phone. Other things to note We are NOT 420 friendly. We provide a portable air conditioner in the summer. There is a fan and a space heater in the room as well. The house has a natural air flow and stays cool most of the time. Street parking only. This is LA and you will see homeless people occasionally on the main streets, especially at the metro A line station (not as many as Hollywood or Downtown LA though). There's a washer and dryer in the house. it's $5.00 per load, includes wash, dry and detergent. Pay before using it please. We have 2 maltipoos and 1 cat that live in the backyard or in our bedroom.
