Sunset Cottage - sea view, private terrace, beach

Sunset cottage is a complitely separate little garden house with a private terrace, quietly positioned in the Lapad Bay area, on one of the main strips of luxury hotels, yet in the heart of lush greenery, below the park of Mala Petka woods, 80 meters from the beach, on direct bus line to the Old Town. The space Sunset cottage - a separate little studio appartment ( 24 m2 ) located in a garden of a private villa. Sunset cottage is a perfect place for a couple or two friends. It consists of living/sleeping area furnished with a king size bed (160cm), kitchenette (two electric cooking hobs, a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and toaster) and a bathroom with shower. The cottage has AC (for cooling or heating) and free Wi-Fi. It has direct access to a private shaded terrace (16m2) with sea views to the bay of Lapad and surrounding islands as well as unforgettable breathtaking sunsets. Three large windows offering beautiful views to the bay have light-block curtains to stop the early morning sun ruining your sleep-ins. There are 88 steps to the cottage from the street level. Guest access Sunset cottage is a completely separate little garden house with its separate entrance and private terrace. The other parts of property are private. Other things to note As we are surrounded with the wood, various harmless animals can sometimes be seen in the vicinity such as turtles, squorrels, endemic lizzards, birds, crickets, day and night butterflies, insects... We have a nice cat called Tamara in our garden. We advise lighter luggage as there are 88 steps up to the apartment entrance. Tap water is suitable for drinking! Smoking is allowed on your terrace. We do provide bed linnen and bathroom towels, but we don't provide beach towels. Parking is unavailable for this unit. Parking is not included in our service. A few free of charge parking places (at the side road, 100 meters from us) might be available in the evening hours when the people from nearby beaches leave. During the day it might be tricky to find an available parking place in our vicinity. The option is Cinestar complex garage or Sunset beach parking, both 5-10 minutes walking distance from us.
