Rental is for ENTIRE villa & not room by room. All is provided including linen, kitchen utensils and equipment, pool towels, etc. Only to bring your luggage. Villa is very close to nearest beach, trendy restaurants & nightlife. Ideal for all age couples, honeymooners, business travelers & families. The space - Villa is 4-6 minutes to the closest beach location and 4 to six hundred meters away (15-20 minutes walk) to the main Senggigi beach. - Villa is also close to multiple entertainment, restaurants and leisure facilities most within walking distance, by motorbike/scooter, taxi or car rental (pending what is your entertainment choice and venue). - There is a free gated car park facility which may be padlocked as per guest choice. - Short and medium term stays up to 1 month, breakfast and cleaning services are free of charge. More than 1 month stay, breakfasts and cleaning services not included in the price offer. - The villa is totally (all round) high walled for maximum privacy and security, including the swimming pool area, with reclining chairs as shown per some attached photos. - Outdoor dining area is located next to the swimming pool. - Two balconies are located at the upper level, giving a 360 degree all round view. No patio area. Guest access The lower level is partly open plan with everything you need including outdoor dining area and high walled swimming pool for total privacy. Front garden and private car park location is also inclusively high walled. There is an OUTSIDE night time premises security guard and the villa owner lives off premise. Upon the guest arrival, Hasmiana will be on hand to give a quick but detailed introduction to the villa and its facilities Other things to note It is recommended that all three bedrooms, kitchen and lounge are smoke free. However it is also recommended that guests smoke within all open spaces including both balconies. - The owner may help at the guest request, arrange a trusted private shuttle transportation service from the airport to the villa. - Free daily breakfast for short and medium (up to 1 month) stays. - Breakfast serving hours are strictly served from as early as 7 to 10 am. - More then 1 month bookings, no free breakfasts and room service are on offer. However additional cleaning service, may be provided by the host at the guest arranged request. - Bath, shower and kitchen sink hot water is on at all times. - Internet (WiFi) is free with downstairs and upstairs signal and always available during the guest stay. - High stand baby eating chair also available at the villa premises. - If required/requested, baby/child control stair gates, foldable baby cot, baby chair and an considerable array of baby/child toys are additionally available at the premises.
