Have quality-time with friends or family. The space The house exists of one big space on the first floor, about 50m2. Half is livingroom, half is kitchen. (indoor comfortable stairs). On the ground floor are two sleepingrooms, both about 20m2, a shower with toilet and an extra separate toilet. The courtyard is about 75m2, flat and of concrete, looking right into the green. Perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the sun, the stars and the sounds of a little brook. Perfect to go a bit offline and having real conversations. Stronger phone signal is available just around the corner.
