Our attic apartment offers a modern, cozy and lovingly designed ambience on 60 m². The ideal place to stay to enjoy the sea air of the Baltic Sea coast or explore Holstein Switzerland. The house consists of two residential units. The front door and entrance area are used by both residential units. The space The living room: In the bright living room, there is a cozy sofa bed, a small workstation and a smart TV. The kitchen: The new kitchen offers space for cooking and is equipped with everything you need. A cozy dining table invites you to sit together not only for meals. The bathroom: A bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower and toilet, is located in the apartment. Towels are included. The bedroom: In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 cm wide), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A children's travel bed including bed linens is available on request. Bed linens are included in the rental. Terrace: The new terrace has a seating area for four people and a Weber-style grill. Guest access In the garden, guests have their own terrace. Other things to note A supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance of the property. A tourism contribution is levied for Neustadt, Pelzerhaken and Rettin. Pre-season (January 1st to 30th April): 1.60 euros per day High season (May 1st to September 30th) September 30): 2.70 euros per day Off-season (October 1 to December December): 1.60 euros per day
