Lovely central district apartment

In the historic heart of the city, a small street full of lovely plants will offer you a relative quiet space after your adventures in the city! Your apartment is spacious, light, authentic, homely and at a prime location. You’ll love my place because of the green, lovely street, with most attractions at walking distance. In addition you are also just around the corner from public transport. A perfect place for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The space One flight of typical Amsterdam stairs (most find them relatively easy) brings you to the apartment. It is light and spacious with 40 sq. meters and a roomy bathroom. Although there is no real kitchen, you have everything you need for a nice (continental) breakfast and to heat up some ready made food: there is an electric kettle, a coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Please be aware that you will be in a historic house with wooden floors and beams on the ceiling and under floors. The beams are embedded in the walls, this means that despite the isolation efforts from our side you may hear footsteps from others and others will hear yours. Try to walk around as "lightly" as possible! Nice sitting corner and table for breakfast or to use your laptop if you are here for work. There is a cupboard division between the sleeping part and the sitting part, but there is no door between the 2 parts; basically it is a rather large en-suite or studio without the kitchen.
