The bright apartment, open under the gable, is 65 sqm. It has an open fireplace in the open living-kitchen area and a covered balcony. It has a large bathroom with toilet area and shower area and barrier-free shower. The bedroom has a wide sliding door and a separate TV. The bathroom has 2 separate washbasins. The apartment door is equipped with an intercom. The apartment has a fiber optic connection for good Wi-Fi. Parking available right in front of the house. Our apartment is an absolute non-smoking apartment. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee in the event of heavy soiling. Also visit our in-house managed business in the immediate vicinity, with good regional and Bavarian cuisine, as well as a nice little beer garden. We welcome guests of all origins and personalities. There is a fire pit and plenty of seating and quiet areas as well as various sunbathing areas. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and drying facilities.
