My place is close to a beautiful beach, with bays that make it safe for children and families. It is dog friendly all year round, with lovely walks. Local shops, pubs and take a ways are within walking distance.. You’ll love my place because of the quirkiness of the property. It is also in easy access to Brighton, Southampton and close by to the beautiful historic towns of Arundel and Chichester, with their Castles and Cathedrals. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space Two bedrooms downstairs along with dining/quiet area, ( freezer) and recently re-engineered bathroom giving more room, with shower over a bath, basin, corner loo and heated towel rail. Upstairs leading to lounge/kitchen with eating bar, new oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. Sofa bed pulling out as a double bed for alternative sleeping arrangements. (Please let me know, so as I can give you a protector and bedding). Opening out onto a balcony recently re-decked, TV, DVD player and internet. Library of Books and DVDs for children and adults. Several games and drawing/colouring things. The property is heavily maintained in the winter months, but if there are any issues whilst you are staying we are always around to sort things out. If you need a cot, baby gates or a high chair please let us know in advance. We can also arrange baby bedding if required. Guest access Car space for one/two cars. Private walk way to beach - 60 yards away. Very safe area in a friendly community. Other things to note Bedding, Towels, Bathroom mats and Tea Towels are provided. Bottle of Bubbly in the summer months and drinks for children. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits and Flowers provided. We allow One dog, but do not allow the dog to be left in the property by itself.
