Overlooking the scenic fairway of Cold Water Canyon Golf Course, our villa studio units offer comfortable space for up to six people. These units are perfect for families with children. The kitchenette adds an extra comfort over the traditional hotel room/suite. This unit also includes a sitting area, two queen-size beds and a pull out sofa sleeper. You will be able to stretch out and get a great night’s rest after a long day on the links or in the waterpark! The space This villa studio unit is fully equipped with cooking utensils, including pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, and even coffee for your single-serving coffee maker. While we provide trash bags, paper towels, dish soap (both for the dishwasher and liquid soap), oven mitts, and dish rags, please remember to bring condiments such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and cooking spray, as well as any perishable items you may need. Guest access Guests who reserve this space through Airbnb will have the same privileges to access the waterparks and resort amenities as those who book directly with the resort. There are no differences in benefits! All guests included in your reservation will receive waterpark passes, which are necessary for entry to any of the parks, even if the guest does not plan to swim (children aged 2 years and younger do not need a wristband). Additionally, guests will enjoy access to the fitness center located within the main resort facilities. Other things to note IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING - There is a charge of $40 per dog per night, only 2 dogs are allowed per room, they must be included on the reservation, all pets must have a crate, and the resort does not allow pets over 50lbs. At check in, you will be required to sign a canine agreement. The resort does not accept any other animals except dogs (no cats, birds, iguanas, etc.). The unit provides resort access for up to 4 people. An additional fee of $45 per person, per night plus tax will be charged for each guest beyond the initial 4 people. The unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Please be advised that some attractions and amenities may be temporarily closed due to maintenance or weather conditions. The fireplaces in the rooms are holographic and do not contain real flames.
