This seventeenth century end cottage is immaculately presented for every booking by our professional team. With real fires, ironed cotton sheets and a few quality food items supplied, you will instantly feel at home. The space An end cottage with exposed oak beams, open fire places and stone flag flooring. Low ceilings, comfy furniture and private, this is a perfect retreat for anyone wishing to explore the local area. Upon arrival the fires will be blazing away on cold days and there could be fresh duck eggs and a few food items to get you settled in, from the off. With new kitchen and lighting contrasted with old fire places and exposed beams, the cottage cannot fail to leave you feeling you have a second home in Yorkshire. The kitchen and paved garden also boast the best view in the village due to the location, so brew up and relax. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The living room is cosy with multi-fuel stove. A large flat screen television and comfy leather furniture will ensure your evening in, is an enjoyable one. Head upstairs and there are quality mattresses, allergy free pillows and duvets, to make sure everyone who stays here, will get a good night's sleep. The bathroom has also recently been upgraded with an electric shower. However, if you enjoy bathing, the bath is new and large. With piping hot water, bubble bath and candle-light sconce, you can have a relaxing evening after exploring the area. Guest access Access for guests to all areas. There are few personal possessions in the house so you will feel it's yours for the duration of your stay. It is a self check-in and check-out, but there is someone available to meet and greet you if you prefer. To explain how everything operates, there is a printed sheet for everything, where the fuel is located and answer any questions you may have. However, we have someone on hand if you need anything.
