Holiday home with soul in a quiet and sunny area on Fevik just above the marina. The beaches are like pearls on a string within walking distance of the house which is also a great place to stay all year round with good bus connections, grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy etc. 10 min drive to Grimstad and 15 min to Arendal city center. 25 min drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand There are duvets and pillows available in the house, but bed linen and towels must be brought The space Fevik is a cozy and charming village in Grimstad municipality, located between Arendal city center and Grimstad city center. Grimstad and Fevik are well known as tourist and holiday resorts with their small and charming southern houses in wooden buildings and have a very good climate with many and warm sunny days both spring and summer, and are known to be the city in Norway with the fewest rainy days in the year. Fevikmarka offers great hiking opportunities. If you like sun and swimming, there are several great beaches in the area, where the nearest beach is Verkstedviga, a nice walk from the property where the trail follows down along a field. Guest access The holiday home has a nice garden and a small rock on the property with different levels. In the garden there is also an outdoor shed with a heater and cozy lanterns that can be lit when the darkness falls. During the day, this three large and spacious bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. In addition, there is a travel/camping bed in one of the closets in one of the bedrooms that can be placed in one of the bedrooms if desired, so there is the possibility for a total of 9 sleeping guests. In the immediate vicinity of the home there are fantastic open spaces with a multitude of hiking and swimming opportunities in just a few minutes walk on a cozy path from the property down to Verkstedvika. Strand Hotel, Randvika, Movika and Storesand are also great beaches. In addition, a popular riding center is located right near the property.
