The light-flooded apartment combines modern design with a cozy living atmosphere and offers the ideal retreat for city travelers, business travelers or visitors to Berlin who want to explore the capital and at the same time stay in a quiet location. The open-plan living and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area with TV, and a dining area for relaxed breakfasts or a quiet end to the day. Large windows and the open-plan design create a bright and friendly living atmosphere. A special highlight is the separate sleeping area on the open gallery. A high-quality space-saving staircase leads to the cozy double bed under the roof. The roof windows create a special atmosphere and offer a beautiful view of the starry sky at night. The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, towel heater, washing machine and plenty of storage space. Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are of course provided. The apartment has been extensively modernized and continuously maintained. Most recently, the kitchen area was further upgraded in June 2026 with a new tiled backsplash. Thanks to the contactless check-in via access code, you can arrive flexibly and independently. Free parking is usually available right in front of the house. The apartment sleeps up to three adults, but is deliberately rented to a maximum of two guests to ensure sufficient space and comfort. Please note: The sleeping area can be reached via a permanently installed room staircase. The stairs were professionally made by a stair builder and meet the applicable building requirements. Due to the open design and the stairs, the apartment is only suitable to a limited extent for small children and people with reduced mobility. From the property, you can easily reach Berlin city center by public transport. At the same time, you can enjoy the tranquility of a well-established residential area with lots of greenery and a relaxed neighborhood. Guest access The vacation rental is located in a residential building with several tenants and has access via the shared stairwell. The apartment itself is completely self-contained and is for the exclusive use of our guests. For maximum flexibility, access is via modern code locks. You will receive the access details two days before your arrival, so contactless check-in is possible regardless of fixed arrival times. Check-out can also be done easily and without a personal handover. This way, you can enjoy your privacy during your stay and remain completely flexible on arrival and departure. Other things to note The cleaning of the apartment is done by a professional cleaning service according to fixed quality standards. Cleanliness and a well-maintained condition of the accommodation are a top priority for us. However, if something is not to your satisfaction or if you notice a defect, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Since we live in the house ourselves, we can react quickly in many cases and find a solution together.
