Please note this room is single occupancy only no children/infants allowed or guests. It is free parking but please note I do NOT have a private parking space but there is a communal parking area. I live in the property with my partner and have 2 small dogs who are very friendly. I do not supply shower gel/shampoo etc so please bring your own toiletries. The bathroom is a shared space. Please note you are welcome to use the microwave only in the kitchen. The quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No excessive alcohol in the room. This is a non smoking house. Guest access You can access the bathroom/toilet and obviously your room.
