Ideal for families with children. The space is enabled for 12 people +1 extra single bed (4 people in 2 double beds, 3 people in single beds, 6 in trundle loft). Youth groups and parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the apartment or in the rooms. The space The accommodation has 3 independent bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace and the necessary appliances and utensils. The distribution of the rooms is as follows: Room 1: 1 double bed and 2 trundle beds in the loft of the room and private bathroom in the room; prepared for 2 adults and 2 children. Room 2: 1 double bed plus 2 trundle beds in the loft of the room and private bathroom in the room; prepared for 2 adults and 2 children. Room 3: 2 single beds (with the option of an extra single bed) plus 2 trundle beds in the loft of the room, and private bathroom in the room; prepared for 2 adults and 2-3 children. This allows to accommodate up to three families, with a maximum capacity of 13 people between adults and children. The farmhouse retains the charm of the old country houses, with its small farm, fruit trees and vegetable garden (all organically produced). The restoration of the house was completed in 2010 and all the facilities are new. The heating and hot water are obtained through the use of solar energy and biomass. From the farm you can go hiking and mountain biking. Guest access The entire first floor is for the exclusive use of guests. There are only stairs to go up to the upper floors of the rooms, in the rest of the house there are no steps. The owners of the house live on the upper floor. It is possible that at some point you may coincide with them walking in the garden. Other things to note At the moment we do not allow reservations by rooms, only by entire accommodation. The minimum stay for a weekend is 3 nights. However, during long weekends such as Easter, La Purisima, All Saints, San Juan, etc. the minimum stay is 4 nights. During the summer months of July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. Our family will welcome you with a special treatment and service, so you can enjoy your leisure days in our house in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
