The art deco apartment is located in a 100-year old, clean and great condition Bauhaus building in a quiet street named after the famed French writer Balzac. Art Deco elegance and rich vegetation characterize the interiors where you can indulge in the atmosphere of the quarter. The space Every room has its own character yet the flat is a perfect ensemble - classical yet modern, fully equipped with music centre you can attach your phone to, flat-screen TV, teas and coffees. The separate, spacious, well-equipped kitchen is a place to hang out in itself – full of paintings of animals amongst plant vines running across the ceiling. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening or a special blend coffee in the morning on the balcony among plenty of plants from March to November. The whole apartment is at your disposal – 2 people can comfortably sleep in the bedroom on a Queen-size bed and 1 person can sleep comfortable on the couch in the living room. Therefore the flat is ideal for couples or small families to maximum 3 adults or 2 adults+2 kids.
