This recently renovated, self-contained, quiet and bright annexe has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Chilterns. It offers own entrance, open plan living area with a kitchen and a small table, bathroom and a bedroom with a king sized bed. Enjoy your morning coffee or a picnic in the sunshine in your own little garden with table and comfortable chairs. Conveniently located, only 8 min walk to Amersham station and 1 min walk to the high street with many cafes, shops and restaurants. The space It's a modern, bright and airy, spacious, self-contained annexe, connected to the main house but with its own entrance. It overlooks our internal garden from the bedroom, and offers your own private side garden. In the annexe you will find: * a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries * an open plan living room with a sofa, coffee table and a TV, as well as a tall table and chairs to eat or work from * a newly refurbished kitchen doesn't have an oven but has an air fryer, an electric hob and a microwave, along with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cafetiere, first aid kit, as well as all crockery, utensils and dishes you might need. Plus cupboard essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. * a quiet bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed, blackout blind, wardrobe and bedside cabinets for your use. * a private garden that gets lots of sunshine in the first part of the day, with comfortable table and chairs. In the evening little lights will create a cosy atmosphere. We have tried to think of everything you might need for a comfortable stay, but if you require any additional items please don't hesitate to ask. The annexe is used purely for guests, so you will not find any of our personal belongings getting in the way. If you're planning to stay with a child, we can offer a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath. Guest access You will have your own separate entrance and access to the entire annexe: living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, as well as your own garden. Nobody else will be there during your stay. Other things to note The location is great for those travelling with children - new Chilterns Lifestyle Centre is 2 min walk away, offering access to a soft play area, library, swimming pool, two playgrounds and much more. There is also a spacious green on your doorstep.
