My place is at the city center, near a a mall which opens on Dec 6. It is also near, transport, restaurants, hospitals, convention center. The bed is queensize. It has high ceiling, aircondition, refrigerator, cable tv induction cooker & kitchen utensils, high speed wired/wifi internet, hot & cold shower. Its a few steps away from the pool The space Our space is a studio unit with 2 queensize beds on top of the other. It can be used as extra mattress for the 3rd guest. It has aircon, hot and cold shower, fridge, induction cooker, plates and utensils, tv, wifi etc. Its is very near restaurants, fast foods, convention centers and soon to open ayala mall. We recently changed to PLDT wifi. It has fast internet connection Guest access A maximum of 3 guests can use the swimming pool for free. Extra guests must pay when he/she swims. An outdoor gym is also available free of charge. Other things to note A new Ayala mall will soon be opened very near to our condo. It is located approx 100 meters away. Exciting things are coming
