Thanks for looking at the Copper State Casita. Our desert chic inspired casita is centrally located and nearby the Arcadia neighborhood. Tucked into an older neighborhood, it’s a 400 square foot studio with its own private patio. All the comforts of home in a small package. A short drive to Airport, Tempe, Scottsdale & Downtown Phoenix. Great for couples, business travel, friends, or small family. Just a few short minutes by car to trails, shopping & many popular restaurants. The space Renovated and built just for Airbnb, you will find all the comforts of home in this small package. This 400 square foot studio apartment was designed to provide you a home away from home. Offering a queen sized bed and a full fold down couch, 3 people can comfortably sleep in the casita. (or 2 adults with 2 small kids) Intelligently designed to ensure the studio remains spacious while still offering you all the amenities you may need while staying. Refrigerator, recently upgraded full size Oven/stove, and stackable Washer and Dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you would need to prepare a meal. The space includes a full bathroom with a refinished 100 year old claw foot tub (shower). **Guests will mobility issues may have a difficult time entering and exiting the shower due to the height of the tub. Please plan accordingly. Stay comfortable with the mini split air conditioner that allows you to control the temperature to your liking. Grocery, retail and restaurants are all just a short drive away. Our casita offers guest access using a key code so check in is easy! Guest access The casita has a designated parking space in our driveway and is reached through it’s own entrance leading to your own private patio space. Street parking is ample for larger or numerous cars. Enjoy a drink or a book in the lovely Arizona weather or enjoy a small fire in the chimenea, firewood provided for each guest. Other things to note Amenities provided for your stay: WIFI, Roku TV, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, bottle water, logs for chimenea and coffee and tea. No cooking bacon in the space. We know it may be specific- but the odor is hard to clear between guests. Thanks for understanding. Long term guests will be provided amenities for the first 7 days of their stay. After that guests are responsible for purchasing their own items. We are in a residential neighborhood and will attempt to keep quiet hours of 10pm-7am but cannot control neighbor activity. Landscapers may come on Tuesday morning/afternoon. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE SPACE. We ask that you please not smoke in any of the hosted spaces INCLUDING THE PATIO AND DRIVEWAY. Smoking must be done offsite. NO PETS ALLOWED! There will be a $200 fee assessed to any signs of these rules being broken and it will be heavily noted in our guest review. We request that all guest that are staying in the space be listed in your itinerary. ALL NEW TO AIRBNB GUESTS MUST LIST ALL GUESTS ON ITINERARY. Please make sure the number of guests staying is up to date. If more people are found to be using the space than what it is booked for you may be asked to leave and forfeit any payments made. The claw foot tub has a height difference when stepping in/out. Guests with mobility issues, please be aware. Our very modest cleaning fee covers expenses for cleaning supplies, laundering linens and cleaning of the space. There will be a $30 fee charged for any excess cleaning that may be needed.
