Comfy Apartment amongst nature

Our home is a former C18th Mill with backdrop of private woods overlooking Hahnenbach stream. Our Home is situated in a peaceful wildlife friendly garden within 15min walking distance to all of Kirn's local amenities & swimming pool. If you are a single guest, friends, a couple or group of 5, all are welcome and the guest floor is your private space. Any Bicycles, Motorbikes & Hiking Boots welcome too! (Our last review was 18 months ago, as we had to close due to personal reasons) The space The guest bedrooms, bathroom and lounge are situated on our middle floor with an additional inner entrance door offering you privacy with your own key. The Guest Lounge has a TV, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle and Coffee machine, basic utensils and crockery, dining table and large sofa. NOTE there is no cooker or sink but we wash any crockery and utensils in our dishwasher for you whilst you are out enjoying your day. Our main bedroom is a large double room the second bedroom has a double bed and the third room has a single bed. The one bathroom consists of sink, toilet, shower. Coffee, tea , milk and bottled water freely available and Continental Breakfast items are included which are in your private lounge. For Rock Climbers we are ideally located for the Kirner Dolomiten. The surrounding National park of Hunsruck is ideal for hiking and cycling and we have ample outdoor space and nature on our doorstep for you to enjoy. Guest access To reach our house we have a Steep drive then a private wooden Bridge MAX WEIGHT 3.5 Tonne followed by a gravel drive to approach to our property. We can offer private outdoor parking for cars for up to 2 vehicles and dry garage (can not be seen from the road) for Motorbikes and Bicycles with prior notice. Guests welcome to use the main part of our outside garden space . There are outdoor seated areas throughout the garden, a BBQ Fire Pit with an adjacent covered seating and dining area is also for guest use. (BBQ's are on prior request only due to fire safety) The main patio area with table, chairs is for Guest use. At different times of the day we will be in the garden area to care for plants and our animals and our cats and dog share this space as well. Other things to note We have 1 friendly exuberant dog and cats that have complete access to our home and our garden apart from the guest floor where they are not allowed. Please note for small children we have a large pond and our property leads directly down to the river and we have a brook that is full following rain. Our property is sound and well-loved but part of the charm of its age will be the uneven original staircase leading to guest floor and some squeaky floorboards !. We also have chickens and goats in outdoor enclosures and note there are a lot of pollinators in our garden.
