My place is at the city center where restaurants, convenient stores, malls and public transportations are very accessible. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the comfy bed. It is in a corner unit that gives you a better view of the city, better ventilation and sun light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. WIFI in the room. Parking slot available for long term rental. I accept a minimum of 30 nights stay due to the Covid situation. The space Right beside the new Ayala the 30th Shopping Mall. Accessible to SM Megamall and Robinson's Galleria. Seven-Eleven convenience store at the building lobby. Guest access Dining amenities available. Other things to note As a health and safety guideline by the building management, all guests are required to have a health certificate for Covid test which is valid for at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. The swimming pool is available for an extra fee regulated by the building management. The duvet in the photos is no longer available because it is not appropriate with Manila climate. Alternatively, blankets in various thickness are available. Building parking slot available for long term rental. Alternatively, hourly pay parking available in front of the building entrance.
