A lot of bars, cafes and stores are located very close. Special deals for students and interns. The space I'm offering a mini-apartment (10+6 m2), which is located in the centre of Riga. It is on 2th floor and there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is very clean and recently renovated. Neighbours are very quiet. It is an ideal place for leisure and business. For an extra fee, an office can be provided in the same building. For rent no less than two days. Furniture includes one single bed, computer desk, wardrobe, folding desk and chairs. Clean bed linen and towels being changed once in 7-10 days. Cable internet (up to 80 MB / c) with Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, it can be provided by a stationary computer. Second room has kitchen, which is combined with the bathroom. There are 2 gas-stove, a kettle, a microwave (or oven - your choice), fridge, a shower, washing machine, a hair dryer. Room dryer for your clothes is also available. Iron and ironing board are complimentary. WC is shared. It is in the corridor. It uses by 5 office's workers in the working hours and 1-3 person in the night. Courtyard is well maintained (see photo) and illuminated all night. In the courtyard, there is a very good cobbler and also a computer repair company, where you can make copies and print whatever you need during working hours. This apartment is situated 25 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga (Vecriga). From the central railway station and the bus station, its only 2 trolleybus stops away or 20 min walking distance. It takes only 40 minutes by bus from Riga International Airport. Public transport is very convenient. A lot of bars, restaurants and cafes are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. I can help you to get information about Riga and Latvia. Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard (not in the apartment). Outsiders are not allowed. Guests are not allowed to bring any visitor to stay, who is not paid as a guest. It is impossible to noisy behave, organization noisy parties are not allowed. Playing musical instruments is allowed from 9:00 to 21:00. The price varies according to the season, number of guests, length of stay and the services requested. Therefore, after receiving information from our customers, we always sent them a special offer. For short staying may be charged a little extra money for late check-in (after 23-00) or early check-out (up to 8-00). Weekly and month prices can be discussed. For dates from 1st of April till 31st of August the minimal term is 3 nights. Other things to note A lot of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Bruninieku street is in the center, but did not backbone. There is quiet enough day and night. Entrance and windows overlook the patio.
