Beautiful, convenient and comfortable studio of 1 bedroom with an artistic twist that you will find unique! In a central but quiet spot, close to the beach and to everything you need for your staying! The terrace will definitely make your stay count by offering an invaluable, panoramic sea view.It playfully balances between the blue of the sea and the earthy green. The clean, organized beach of Mavros Molos bay is only three blocks away! The studio can accommodate 2 adults and a small child! The space The apartment is considered a roof and is located on the roof of a beautiful house with a unique garden. It has a double bed, bathroom with shower from which diffuses plenty of natural daylight that you will love. It also has a kitchen counter, microwave, electric cooker with socket, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, a closet, side tables, cabinets with items that you will find useful in your daily life and bedside tables. The large window overlooks the terrace and, respectively, the sea, where there is, an outdoor table to enjoy the goddess, drinking your aromatic coffee or having lunch. Guest access The studio is independent from the rest of the house following the stairs to the top floor from the main entrance. You have full access to the parking lot next to it and, of course, access to the terrace on the top, from a studio's side glass door, right on the top of the staircase. The studio combines a six minute walk from both the down town and the beach. You will find yourselves charmed by its unique location and the terrace view; right in the middle of the Kissamos bay, between the two promontories of Gramvousa and Spatha, overlooking the harbor! It playfully balances between the blue of the sea and the earthy green of the surroundings; After gazing the sea, drinking your coffee, you can easily in a few minutes be at the beach and enjoy a refreshing swim! You can even shop anything you will need on your way; supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, beach ware, souvenirs, cafes are really close. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay inside as well; TV, Wi-fi, air conditioning, radiator. Enjoy! Other things to note There are two dogs living with us in the backyard and the balcony of the main house. They are harmless, healthy and restricted. Most probably you will not come across with them, but you will hear them bark. They only do when someone approaches the house. The Art Studio is a household and a simple power unit!
