The bedroom and living room are very bright with a balcony with a stunning waterfront view. The large entirely private rooftop has a breathtaking view over the castle and the harbor. From street lever, a first flight of stairs leads to the kitchen, and from there a second flight of stairs leads to the main floor with the open living room and a smaller bathroom with shower, and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A third and final flight of stairs goes to the rooftop from the living room. No spaces are shared. > NB: you will be renting out the house for the duration of your stay, therefore you will be asked to sign a standard short-term lease required for by Italian Law. Guest access You will have private access to the entire house which will welcome you as your own. NO SPACES ARE SHARED, there will be just you. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: >>>> Potential for mild, non-intrusive noise during fall/winter months due to downstairs neighbors renovation, between 8.30am and 2.30 pm on weekdays. >> The house has stairs and may not be suitable to guests with limited mobility. For an optimal experience, we advise against excessively heavy luggage. >> Tourist Tax is 1 EUR per person per night to be collected at check-in. >> Passport registration with the local authorities is required by law. >> This is a private residence let on a short-term lease; you will receive a standard tourist lease in English and Italian. >> A complimentary breakfast of tea, coffee, cereal, preserves etc. is provided but breakfast is not served. >> If you choose to stay in house during high season you'll be in the heart of Monopoli lively nightlife. Thankfully, vico Castello is a secluded quieter alley but you may still hear music and chattering till nighttime coming from the two nearby piazzas. However, by shutting all windows (double glazed) and external blinds the house and the bedroom becomes very quite and no complaints have been received (check reviews). If you enjoy a lively setting, staying at this house will be an unforgettable unique experience. However, if you prefer complete quiet during the summer nights and enjoy going to bed early this house may not be for you. During mid and low season instead it becomes really quiet. >> When booking this house in the late fall-winter, please expect the rooftop to be in winter set-up depending on weather conditions.
