Situated next to Arc de Triomf and the lovely tree lined avenue, Passeig de Sant Joan, opposite Hotel Podium-NH Collection. You'll love it because of contemporary design&location. The apartment is 106sq metres, high ceilings (3.5m), oak wooden floors, quiet yet strictly central neighbourhood. The apartment is ideal for business travellers, couples and families with children. Although it retains some original features (old french style balcony doors, shutters on windows, some interior and exterior doors) modern elements have been added (oak wooden floor, micro-cement bathroom, modern kitchen) creating an atmosphere of a bright modern flat with mix of Barcelona and Scandinavian charm. The apartment has its own character, given to it by its original architect when built in 1910 and later enhanced with modern elements added when refurbished during 2015. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with young or adult children, or group of friends with no party plans. Guest access Licenced by Spain 2025 registry, Private family friendly residence, peaceful location yet super central. No tourism zone restrictions, Fully compliant with all national and local regulations. The apartment’s capacity is 4 persons however we will accept 4 guests only when the guests are one family (parents with children, or a couple travelling with one of their’s parents, or sibling/s). The apartment comprises of: (a) a huge living space comprising of large open plan kitchen and living room, connected with two sets of french style balcony doors leading onto the large balcony, overlooking the trees of Carrer d'Ali Bei, (b) two double large bedrooms (each with 160x200cm bed, with top quality all natural materials mattresses, both bedrooms leading into a 'gallery' (alike to a closed balcony, closed in 3 sets of double french style doors, which creates feeling of speciousness. (c) a large bathroom, additional separated toilet and dressing room with large wardrobe. Additionally, the flat is not crowded with unnecessary furniture which helps create feeling of even larger space than 106 square metres. The flat has all that one needs for a longer stay, including washing machine, dishwasher, all utensils needed in the kitchen. All bedding (100% cotton) is provided, as well as towels (100% cotton). In case a cot for an infant is needed, or a high chair, please do let me know and I will try to provide it. Basics in the kitchen (salt, sugar, milk, coffee, olive oil, vinegar, some spices) are also provided. Other things to note The host any any person on our team are LBGTQ+ friendly and affitming. Ideal for guests who would like to quietly enjoy the property. The apartment is in the residential area and building and parties and/or making any type of noise between 22:00/10pm and 09:30am is strictly prohibited. For avoidance of doubt “the party” is a gathering of people whether drinking or not, making any type of noise, with or without the music. In the unfortunate event of any guests who breach this house house rule, we will be contacting Airbnb and the guest/s will have to leave the property immediately. We cannot send the items which the guests leave at the property. On many occasions we have guests arriving at the property same day, so the apartment is cleaned and the check in of new guests made on the same date. We do not have space to store items left behind, nor anyone in charge of keeping items which might have been left intentionally, or accidentally, we have no means of knowing this until a few days later when a guest may contact us seeking the item left at the property. While we accept guests with dogs as pets, we cannot accept cats or hamsters or other animals as pets. If the stay if longer than 7 nights, an extra cleaning will be provided and the guest will pay an extra cleaning fee of eur50.00 directly to the housekeeper. Other matter to note; the apartment is a residential property with a turistic license for short vaccational stays and the guests staying at the apartment are not allowed to invite/bring/book any professional or any other person to services at the premises of this residential property (no chefs to cook for the guests, no photographer or video artist, no massage service providers).
