American Guesthouse in Burgundy

We Welcome, Friends, Family's to our warmly decorated country home to spend some quality time together in a safe atmosphere. Our cottage is spacious with a fireplace in the center. The garden is full of many sports activities for you to enjoy including a large Heated Pool depending on the weather /Volleyball field/Soccer field/Ping Pong/Badminton/Boxing Bag/Pétanque field & Outdoor Shower. Our place is for sure a safe heaven for all to enjoy in the beautiful clean relaxing country side. The space Our guest house is spacious and decorated in a warm country style for all friends and families to feel comfortable. We have a fireplace in the center of the open family room and dining room for large gatherings. Children are welcome. Our spacious eat in kitchen is equipped for large groups will all you need. It has a large door for the handicap and for all to enter into the garden with patio and and New pergola for protection on rainy days. The property is completely private and in closed. We have no cars here. It is complete solitude. Just the birds, cows, and sheep on our stone road in walking distance of our guest house. You can play music, dance, sing, and laugh all day. In the evening respect our rules. You can go on a long walk in the back dirt roads were the cars do not go if you like. Or run thorough the nearby forest on concrete where you rarely see a cars pass. We are in nature all around so if you just need to get out of the noisy city life to relax and have fun then this is the place for everyone to enjoy. Our property is very clean cut and manicured in level for children and adults to run and have fun. We have two fields one for soccer and one for volleyball, badminton, etc. We have many trees to rest under in our hammocks or to have a picnic with our large barbecue for your use only. You can swim in our large , secured pool or rest in the sun under our three umbrellas near our pool. It has very large steps custom made for little children and handicap people. The entire pool has a safety fence and gate for protection. We have chickens if you like to you can feed them your scraps from your meals just no meat please. They are not near our guest house. They are located in a home and run behind our main home. So you do not hear the noise. We also have two very friendly cats for you to enjoy if you like to. We do have four sheep fenced in on the property. We welcome all, Have a Great Day !!! Guest access We welcome you to our guest house in a romantic setting in Burgundy. The house, located next to our main residence, has been completely renovated. It is completely independent in a haven for nature lovers who love walking and cycling. Far from the stressful life of the city, come and escape to a quiet village. There is disabled access, and a bed and bathroom. Wi-Fi is free and a television is at your disposal. The house is 300 m2, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large barbecue, a fireplace with wood fires included, a large, very open and warm living room and a dining room with a large reception table large enough to accommodate 0 people. There are 3 bathrooms/toilets. There are 6 bedrooms and a baby bed. Our land is 4 hectares, with a 12 x 7 swimming pool. It is secured by a suitable barrier and a security door. We have a soccer field with 2 professional goals, a ping-pong table, badminton, the necessary equipment for petanque, then a volleyball court, Boxing Bag, solar shower and a terrace. Several paths surrounded by a beautiful landscape are present in our village for cycling and walking. We are very close to Chablis, Coulanges, Saint-Bris, Guédelon Castle, Saint Fargeau Castle, tree climbing and other activities. We are 1.5 hours from Paris and about 2 hours from Chales de Gaulle airport. This is an ideal place for your family reunions, weekends with friends and seminars or retirees. Other things to note We provide Free Firewood during this time of year for you to relax and enjoy the warm feeling it brings into our guesthouse. If you want to get out of your place and enjoy nature our home will provide your wishes for sure so you will feel free in nature.
