Home in West Linn

Our home resides on a private gated 3 acre country property. The home is 6,300 sq feet and our guest area is 1,800+ sq feet in our day light basement. This includes one Luxury suite with a private bath and walk-in shower. The bed is a king. The 2nd room resides in our exercise room also has a full bath and walk in shower. The bed is a queen pullout, and is very comfortable. Both rooms have very nice TV's with satilite Dish TV and a covered patio area. Check in 3PM-5PM please. The space This is not a private apartment area as it is openly connected to the upstairs of our home, but does have a private entrance to the bedrooms and basement area. There is a kitchen area, refrigerator, eating area with seating which is connected to the basement living area. Please advise if you intend to use so we can provide additional instructions. Guest access Beautiful sunsets and territorial views. Separate heating and cooling controls in room. Bed is very comfortable with a walk in closet. During your stay We are friendly and interactive to help our guests feel comfortable and enjoy our home. We are born and raised in Oregon and can accommodate special requests to enjoy our local communities. We are happy to accommodate business travelers, vacationers, and folks visiting families in the area. Other things to note Our home is technology friendly with excellent guest wifi and cell service. There is a private covered patio off the basement with a BBQ. We welcome Veterans and Business travels working in the area.
