This bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. There is a common space with a kitchen and living room. The space is shared with other two bedrooms on the same floor. My place is close to public transport, the airport, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoor space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Guest access KOL House Address: #605, St. 2004/Rd. 5E, Phum Trapeang Lvea, Kakab, Posenchey, Phnom Penh. 10 min (2.2km) from Phnom Penh International Airport, 12000, to Street 2004 via Confederation de la Russie (110) and Street 2004; You walk from the airport on St. Confederation de la Russian until finding a traffic light (about 1.4 km), - Turn right onto St.2004, about 600m or 700m you will see Ptt gas station (on the left side) go a bit about 50 m. - Turn to the small road (see a sign for a construction materials shop in the Conner) - go straight (about 100m) - Turn right (about 60m) you will see our place (on the right side) it is 3 stories house with the sign KOL on the gate door) During your stay We run minibar in the kitchen of 3rd floor which you can buy something for drinking, snacks, and instant foods. Other things to note We have three dogs, fourteen cats, and a little boy twelve years old lives on the second floor and surround by the compound of the house. Sometimes, they make annoying guests such as dogs barking and children making noise and playing with other next-door children, airplanes, and neighbors' businesses.
