The space The 100 sqm apartment, fully air-conditioned, features a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a laundry room. All rooms, except for the bathrooms, have direct access to a sea-view terrace, equipped with tables, deck chairs, and sunshades. We have provided the house with every comfort for our guests, including air conditioning (hot and cold), mattress toppers to ensure the best sleep quality, the fastest and free Wi-Fi in the area, a set of three towels per guest, and a welcome kit that you will discover upon arrival. The spacious eat-in kitchen features a table for six people and is equipped with all the appliances you may need (a five-burner cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, and freezer). You will also have beautiful local ceramic tableware, pots, and all the necessary utensils to cook whatever you like. The living room is very spacious and bright, featuring a comfortable king-size sofa bed that can accommodate two people and an HD Smart TV. There are also two small tables that can be used as a workstation. The master suite is very spacious and features a very comfortable queen-size bed. The second bedroom can accommodate up to three people and will be arranged according to your needs. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, perfect for storing your personal belongings. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with sanitary fixtures, storage cabinets, and a shower. Outside, there is a laundry room with a sink, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A safe is available. Free street parking is available, just 40 easy steps from the apartment. Alternatively, for only €15, you can reserve a parking space less than 100 meters from the house.
