The living room overlooks Monaco and the sea. - The kitchen, open to the living room, with : microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker Nespresso and Silly and cooking utensils. - The night area, with 2 beautiful bedrooms each with a comfortable king size bed and 2 single beds with storage space. Rooms overlook the hills. The 2 bedrooms each have their bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet. Outside: - The terrace is arranged in islets, it can be easily isolated, it is composed of several tables, deckchairs and armchairs. Plus : air conditioning throughout the apartment, a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board. Double glazing offers more tranquility. Included : high quality bed linens and towels, vanity kits and some coffee capsules. Naturally, Wifi is accessible and free! The garage is in a covered space and accessible through an opening door with remote control - GUEST ACCESS - The apartment is on the top floor accessible by elevator. You will be given one set of keys on your arrival. We can also guarantee, upon your request, other cleaning interventions after your arrival, at the same price as the first one. The price of the service is made up of 100 euros for cleaning and 70 euros for laundry (sheets, pillowcases, towels etc) Guest access On arrival you will be welcomed by our co-host Gian Luca who will be dedicated in providing you with a high-quality service and make your stay with us pleasant and relaxing. We'll give you the keys of the apartment, fresh clean high quality towels and hotel quality linen, professional cleaning and any further assistance in case of need. Other things to note The garage is suitable for cars only. No campers or vans are allowed. In the case of cars with roof racks or SUVs, the maximum height is 190 cm. Guests are given a set of keys.
