Urban Oasis Home

Urban Oasis is a newly renovated historic duplex located in an up and coming family friendly neighborhood. It is less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, 5 minute drive from Primeavista fine dining, Incline Public House, and Incline Theater. I have been in the area for two years and enjoy discovering all the area has to offer! My goal is that people feel welcome and at home, please let me know what I can do to ensure this is your experience. Guest access Kitchen, dining room, living room, office/library, balcony Other things to note Please note there are 5 beds: 3 beds (2 queen, 1 king), 1 futon, and 1 queen size air mattress. There are a total of 11 pillows: 4 on king size bed, 4 on queen size bed, 2 on other queen size bed, 1 in office closet (air mattress located in office closet as well). Please feel free to move around pillows as needed. During summer months the third floor (where the bedrooms are located) is warmer than the rest of the home. There is central AC and also fans in each bedroom to help keep the temperature at a comfortable level. If you have a heightened sensitivity to warmer temperature please consider this prior to booking. As mentioned in reviews, the home has several steps. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of duplex. To get to the main living area (kitchen, living, dining room, office) a flight of steps is required. To get to the bedrooms an additional flight of stairs is required. Please ensure you consider this if you have any mobility issues.
