Xyla beach is about 10 min away; Korissia port, shops and tavernas are close by The space Villa Yalita is a refined Cycladic villa in Melissaki, Kea, designed around uninterrupted Aegean views, sunset light and generous outdoor living. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a private sea-water pool, BBQ, outdoor bar, shaded dining areas, multi-level terraces and Starlink WiFi — a major advantage on an island where standard landline speeds can be limited. The upper level includes the living room, long indoor dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the pool terrace opens to the sea, with sun loungers, shade, outdoor dining, BBQ and bar area. The lower level includes four bedrooms, two of them ensuite, while two share a bathroom. A fifth ensuite bedroom is also on the lower level and is accessed from outside, offering extra privacy. All bedrooms enjoy sea views. The villa's standard setup for groups up to 8 guests includes the four bedrooms in the main house. The independent en-suite studio is only prepared for groups of more than 8 guests. It can also be prepared - upon timely written request - for smaller groups requiring additional bedrooms or greater privacy. In that last case a one-time preparation fee applies. A private path/staircase leads from the villa down to rocky sea coves below. This is a beautiful spot for swimming in clear Aegean water, but it is rocky and natural, not a sandy beach. Xyla beach is about 10 minutes away by car. The villa is ideal for relaxed families or groups of friends who want style, views, privacy, a pool, strong WiFi and authentic Kea — close to Athens, but far from mass tourism. Guest access Guests enjoy the villa’s indoor and outdoor spaces, including the private sea-water pool, upper and lower terraces, BBQ, outdoor dining areas and private path/staircase to the rocky sea coves below. Please note: the villa is built on a slope, with steps between levels and from the parking area to the house. The sea access is natural and rocky, not a sandy beach. A car is necessary, and an SUV/AWD is recommended for extra comfort on some of Kea’s unpaved island roads. Other things to note Villa Yalita is part of a small, peaceful complex of four independent residences, each with its own entrance and boundaries.
