Villa Yalita has 5 superb bedrooms (three of them with en suite bathrooms) and ambient outdoor spaces. On the top level of the villa you will find the living room (with the long dining table) and the fully equipped kitchen. On the outdoor space of this level there is the sea-water pool (along with chaise longues and a shaded part) and the outside dining area (facing the sea and the sunset). There is also a stone-made outdoor bar and a BBQ. Then on the lower level, you will find the first four bedrooms, two of which master bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. The other two share the third bathroom. An additional fifth ensuite bedroom is also on the lower level, accessible from the outside, enjoying thus increased privacy. All bedrooms enjoy sea-views, even from the inside. On this level there is also a small kitchenette to prepare your coffee or tea, along with a second fridge. On the outdoor area of this level you will find director chairs with tables and comfortable wooden chairs, leaning back, to enjoy the view or the sunset. A large shaded area will shelter you from the sun at its peak... Villa Yalita is certified as a vacation rental accommodation by the Greek National Travel Organisation. Villa Yalita is in a complex of just four villas/residences, the one independent from the other (separate entrances, separate boundaries, common parking area), which were developed together for aesthetics and uniformity reasons.
