A Lovely Single Room with a queen size bed and its own bathroom in quiet Ballantyne neighborhood within walking distance to Novant Hospital, Elevation Church, restaurants and stores. No pets allowed due to allergies. All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. I'm happy to share my local knowledge of the area and assist in any way i can so we can make your stay a happy one. A lot of nurses have told me they love the place because it's a very quiet neighborhood. Quiet Ballantyne neighborhood, within walking distance to Novant Hospital, Elevation Church, restaurants, stores and much more. It's 8 miles from Quail Hollow country club. Novant Hospital, restaurant and grocery stores a mile down the road. 4 miles from Atrium Hospital, Carolina Place mall and much much more. Turn off the lights if you're not using it. I keep the temp at 67 at night and 72 during the day.
