The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front. The space Fully fitted kitchen . Tea and Coffee making facilities . Bathroom with multi-jet walk in shower, and heated towel rail. Towels are provided. Large furnished double bedroom with patio doors overlooking rear garden. Open plan Lounge diner with 2 seater sofa and single armchair.Flatscreen TV and wifi Small second bedroom with single bed. Ironing board and iron. Hair dryer provided. Fully central heated. Free parking on road side is usually available. The property is not suitable for toddlers and young children as there are no added child safety features Guest access Guests have the whole Bungalow to them-selves with access to the garden . Price includes a continental breakfast.
