The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front. The space Fully fitted kitchen . Tea and Coffee making facilities . Tea , Coffee and Milk provided. Bathroom with multi-jet walk in shower, and heated towel rail. Towels and toiletries are provided. Large furnished double bedroom, bedding provided, with patio doors overlooking rear garden patio area. Open plan Lounge diner with 2 seater sofa-bed, bedding provided. Small second bedroom with 3/4 guest sofa bed. Ironing board and iron. Flat screen T.V and Wi-Fi throughout. Hair dryer provided. Fully central heated. Parking on site for one vehicle, but plenty of space on road side .Free. Guest access Guests have the whole Bungalow to them-selves with access to the garden . Price includes a continental breakfast.
