Beautiful pavilion on 2500 m2 of land with all the expected amenities,including a large kitchen open to a 80m2 stay. Close to Rouen and 1 hour from Le Havre . You will be seduced by the comfort and garden around this pavilion . The space It has outdoor parking is composed of 4 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 2 children's rooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a double sofa bed and 2 single beds (URL HIDDEN) there are 2 floors with toilet and bathroom on each floor.The garden is equipped with a changed and new trampoline since May 2018 , a gantry, a sandpit and toys for children. The garden is composed of an orchard containing apple trees, pear trees, etc....and a beautiful flowered meadow. A barbecue can be provided on request. Calm and rest will be guaranteed during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to all of the rooms of the house . Only the office is not in use . Other things to note The chimney is not usable for security reasons.
