It has 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, a huge kitchen, an independent dining room, a game room, a large hall, and a patio with a barbecue. Capacity for 23 people The space The house has 650 m² (7,000 sq ft) of built area and 110 m² (1,180 sq ft) of paved patio with a barbecue, and can accommodate 23 people. Although there is radiant heating throughout the house, the stone fireplace in the main living room (firewood provided) is very pleasant. During the renovation, the architectural features were preserved, including the stone, the ironwork, and the high-quality wood used for the beams, the staircase, and the walnut, mahogany, and rosewood doors. The house is very successful due to its capacity, comfort and beauty. Most of the customers we have had have congratulated us because they have enjoyed a cozy, spacious house, with careful decoration and quality. Large groups of friends or families are particularly pleased, as there are not many large, beautiful, and comfortable rental homes. Guest access The house is rented for EXCLUSIVE USE, not shared with other clients. The house is rented. Rooms are not rented. Other things to note The use of firewood on the barbecue is not allowed.
