Our apartment is spacious and comfortable with a lot of natural light through the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with pvt bath, spacious living room with couches and TV. Located 30 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from MG Road (depending on traffic). Please do read our reviews to see why our property is value for money :) The space Facilities include: Wifi, hot water, refrigerator, iron box, microwave, electric and gas stove, water, all kitchen utensils, linen, towels, 1 A/C in Master bedroom only. Menu cards for home delivery of food. Shopping mall, food market, restaurants and local stores a few minutes away by walk. Our apartment can comfortably fit 4 - 6 people. Cleaning: A maid/helper comes by to clean the place on request. You will have to pay her directly. You will have to let me know a day in advance, so I can organize her visit. Washing clothes: We have a washer you can use, and a balcony to dry your clothes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony. Parties and loud music can be a problem since it is an apartment building with other inhabitants. So, as long as you keep it down, it's fine. Other things to note Once booked you will have the entire apartment to yourself. We like to keep our place clean and neat so we would appreciate it if you do not book this place for parties or other such events.
