The space This is the garden level of a private villa with excellent furnishings and kitchen facilities with covered terrace immediately out of the kitchen French windows where there is a barbecue, verandah lit at night with a floodlit garden and pool. Communal areas are the pool and surrounding sun-bathing areas, boules court, table tennis area and a new gym with up-to-date equipment in the Chalet. The Garden Apartment is completely independent from the upper floor of the villa and the Cottage where there could be other guests sharing the communal areas. So each section of the villa is autonomous and discreet. The owners do live in the upper part of the villa and do have guests from time to time, but they never intrude on your privacy and often share barbecues and invitation lunches or dinners.
