Located on the fourth floor, this quiet apartment offers you a lovely terrace with a street view, perfect for enjoying a meal or an afternoon aperitif. We are located within easy reach of public transport, friendly restaurants and major tourist attractions, such as the Sacre Coeur church and Moulin Rouge cabaret. The space The studio apartment consists of: - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher) - Living area with a dining table (2 chairs) and a small sofa. - Bedroom furnished with a double bed, night table, wardrobe, and bookshelves. - Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer and a washing machine (towels, soap and toilet paper are provided). - Private terrace / balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The apartment was fully renovated in 2022. It is relatively small (24 square meters, suitable for 2 people, typical for the area), but functional and well-equipped. Wi-Fi with a fast fiber-optic internet connection is available. There's electric heating, but no air conditioning. The apartment is located in an old tenement building, on the 4th floor. Staircase requires renovation and there's no elevator. Trash and recycling bins can be found in the courtyard. The building is located in a quiet area, near the top of the Montmartre hill. Major tourist attractions are located within walking distance: Sacre-Coueur basilica, Moulin Rouge cabaret, Place de Tertre and rue des Abbesses. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. Other things to note - The building is located on a hill, the apartment is on the 4th floor, and there's no elevator.
