Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden. The space The property is situated in a small hamlet with no facilities, nearest pubs and tea room are 1 mile away. Guest access Guests have own use of the space. It is not shared with the hosts. Other things to note Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are all provided. There is an outdoor, covered smoking area for guests. We also provide a picnic blanket and a boule set for use in the garden.
