At home while abroad The space extremely bright, newly refurbished downtown apartment in top neighbourhood: big living room with brandnew living in kitchen, 1 master + 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, fully furnished and equipped, AC, Wifi, 3 communal parking lots on a first come first serve basis, walking distance: duomo, navigli, università cattolica, bocconi, statale As the apartment was meant to be mine, i refurbished it with greatest accuracy and love. I then unfortunately moved out of town for work. This leaves you with an apartment that really feels like home. Guests will have access to a totally functioning apartment with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. According to the needs I can provide towels and bed linen. As I live far away and prefer stays between 2 and 12 months, there will be no need from my side to have access to the apartment after having shown guests around. Yet, I’ll always be at disposal in case of need. The neighbourhood is very central and yet very quiet. It is within walking distance to duomo, Cadorna, Università Cattolica, Bocconi and Satale, parco Sempione and to the countless bars and restaurants of Colonne di San Lorenzo and Navigli. The apartment is extremely well connected with public transport: Metro2 Sant'Ambrogio Metro1 Cadorna (Bovisa-Politecnico, Malpensa express) bus 94, 50 and 58 tram 29 The monthly rent of €1950 includes all (heating, condo expenses, trash tax) except electricity bills. Electricity usually is around €75/month but depends on the actual consume and will be charged at the end of your stay. In case of unreasonably high heating consume, the difference with the average consume will also be charged. According to the length of the stay, a deposit might be required.
